A Cobb County resident, homeowner and property investor for more than 20 years, Jim joined the real estate industry in 2018 after more than 25 years in corporate finance, IT and vendor management for the General Electric Company where he was recognized as a global leader in IT outsourcing and contract negotiations managing a global program with over a billion dollars a year in spend.

As a business owner and past corporate executive, Jim leverages his business acumen, proven negotiation skills, knowledge of the market and relentless attention to detail to guide clients through the complexities of the home selling or buying process. He is currently a member of the Active Life Member of the Cobb Association of REALTORS ® Multi-Million Dollar Club.
